About CCA's Academic Program Divisions
The following four distinct disciplines comprise the academic divisions here at California College of the Arts. For the most part, the college's divisions are used for internal purposes and maintain a relatively seamless presence at the college.
Visit a particular division to learn more about its curriculum, interdisciplinary approach, the director and associate directors, and overall mission—particularly as they pertain to specific academic programs within.
The college's academic structure is primarily divided by academic programs within an undergraduate and graduate hierarchy (additional nondegree and special programming also exists). Each academic program falls within one of the four academic divisions, as indicated:
