Reservations for the suites are made via the film studios online scheduler. In order to access this scheduler and make a reservation, you must pass the authorization test.

Once you have passed the authorization test, the Film studio manager (FSM) will create an account for you on the scheduler. You will receive an email containing a link to the schedule and instructions for how to set your password.

How to Schedule a Reservation

Once your account is set up, scheduling a reservation is easy. Just follow these easy steps:

• Sign in to use the scheduler
• Double-click on an available time slot
• Enter your name

A confirmation email with your reservation will be sent to you. Similarly, if you need to cancel a reservation, you will also receive an email confirmation of the cancelation.
