Johanna Baruch is a painter of figurative, still life, and landscape works. She exhibits nationally and her paintings are in corporate and private collections. She is on the board of trustees of the Djerassi Resident Artists Program, and she actively supports the programs of SFMOMA, the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, and New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Her husband, Tom Baruch, is the founder and managing director of CMEA Capital, a venture capital firm based in San Francisco. His particular interest is in sustainable technologies for clean energy products, including solar power generation and management, renewable fuels, and rechargeable batteries.
