CCA Presents 2005 Graduate Open Studios

California College of the Arts (CCA) presents the annual Graduate Open Studios, featuring the work of students in fine arts, architecture, design and writing. On Sunday, April 3, from 12 to 5 p.m., more than 175 students will open their studios to the public on the CCA San Francisco campus at 1111 Eighth Street.

All of the artists will be present to converse with those interested in their work, and the event will offer an informal preview of works to be shown in the 2005 CCA Graduate Exhibition (May 13–21).

In conjunction with Open Studios, graduate creative writing students and faculty will read excerpts from original work, throughout the day in the Writer's Studio, room 107.

Clearly labeled self-guided tour maps will be available, as well as on-site representatives to answer questions. The event is free and open to the public.

For more information, call the CCA Graduate Office at 415.551.9213.
