Critique, a crucial part of the art-making experience, is often the most misunderstood. At best, poor critiques can lead to missed learning opportunities; at worst, they can squelch a student's desire to experiment and take risks. In this workshop, participants explore a variety of critique structures appropriate for all age levels, examining the purpose of critique and acquiring techniques for providing constructive feedback.
