Carol Koffel

Carol Koffel bridges creative disciplines with agility. She's an artist, industrial designer, business mentor, trend spotter, and teacher. Carol has 26 years experience in industrial design consulting for the technology, interior architecture, and transportation industries. She is a passionate observer, lateral thinker, a what if? individual who excels at pattern recognition and synthesis. Her design/art sensibilities inform a dialogue evident in her body of work that invites haptic experiences.

In 2007 she completed a combined residency at .ekwc (European Ceramic Work Center), creating an installation, Ceramic Skins; Transforming Light and Space. She also studied ceramics at Goddard College.

As cofounder of Gingko Design, she led Gingko's strategic design, bridging business concerns, market drivers, and product development to create meaningful experiences for customers. As a business coach, she invites others to accept uncertainty, explore creativity, and inspire leadership.
