INDUS420 IS: Design Communication 6

This course will explore advanced form development. The first half of the semester will delve deeply into design explorations utilizing advanced modeling practices in Alias Studio, including class "A" surfacing with curvature transitional modeling. The second half of the term will support the students' primary design class work (ID 4, ID5 and/or Senior Project) while developing high-end presentation skills involving: material shading, lighting, Raytracing, and in-context rendering, as well as animation and compositing.
