Anne N. Marino is the author of the novel The Collapsible World (WW Norton & Co.), which was a first novel finalist for the Heekin Group Foundation fellowship and was selected as an “Editors Recommend” in the San Francisco Chronicle. The Collapsible World is being made into a feature film by StoryTeller Films.

Her work has appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle, the San Francisco Chronicle Sunday Magazine, Salon.com, Really Great Books, Public House, Criminal Class, and other publications. She’s received fellowships from the Ucross Foundation, the MacDowell Colony, and Casa Libre en la Solano. She has taught creative writing at UC Berkeley Extension and other workshops and is currently finishing her second novel.
