Donna de la Perrière is the author of True Crime (Talisman House, 2009) and the recipient of a 2009 Fund for Poetry award. A new book, Saint Erasure (Talisman House) is forthcoming in the autumn of 2010.

Her work has appeared in Agni, American Letters and Commentary, Colorado Review, Denver Quarterly, Five Fingers Review, First Intensity, Interim, The New England Review, New American Writing, Parthenon West Review, Talisman, Volt, Xantippe, and other journals, as well as No Gender: Reflections on the Life and Work of kari edwards (Litmus Press, 2009) and Bay Poetics (Faux Press, 2006).

Readings and residencies include those at City Lights Bookstore, The Poetry Project (New York), the University of San Francisco Poetry Festival, the University of Denver, Colorado State University, the New England Institute of Art and Communication, New York's Teachers and Writers Collaborative, The Boston Poetry Festival, San Francisco's Galeria de la Rosa, Small Press Traffic, New York's Zinc Bar series, Boston's City Arts series, National Public Radio, and elsewhere.

De la Perrière curates the Bay Area Poetry Marathon reading series every summer at The Lab, a gallery and performance space located in San Francisco's Mission district.
