
Ed Luce is the San Francisco-based creator of Wuvable Oaf, an Ignatz nominated series of comics and ever-expanding line of shirts, posters, records and other merchandise. Often referred to as "The Scott Pilgrim of gay comics", Oaf has made appearances in Maximum RockNRoll, Bear Magazine, FUR: The Love of Hair (Bruno Gmuender) and No Straight Lines: Four Decades of Queer Comics (Fantagraphics). Ed has also contributed work to the infamous Henry & Glenn Forever & Ever comic series. In the last two years, the art of Wuvable Oaf was featured in five solo art exhibitions; one in Portland, three in San Francisco and one in Amsterdam.
