Jody Gillerman

Jody Gillerman is an electronic media artist whose works integrate art, science, culture, and technology. Her public and interactive multimedia pieces are in the permanent collections of the Chabot Space and Science Center in Oakland, the Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose, and the Saint Louis Zoo. Her interactive DVD, video, installation, and performance works have appeared at the Whitney Museum of Modern Art, New York; the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art; Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, San Francisco; the Pacific Film Archive, Berkeley; and the Exploratorium, San Francisco as well as at international venues in Turkey, India, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Jody has been awarded numerous grants, including National Endowment for the Arts fellowships, the Rocky Mountain Regional Artist Fellowship, and the Oakland Creative Artists Fellowship.
