Kathleen Larisch approaches her work in series using the media of painting, printed textiles, prints on paper, and photography. The pleasure of process is of foremost importance, and each medium, with its unique material life, offers a new path to illuminate her subject. Her work has been exhibited and collected nationally.

Larisch is also a professional singer/musician of the duo Kathy & Carol, recorded on Elektra Records, and finds resonance between her visual and musical worlds.
