Linda Yaven is a Certified Coach providing Vision Coaching for individuals, teams and organizations integrating design thinking and creative self development. She is a painter, edupreneur and Founder, Designful Being.

Linda is Associate Professor, Design Strategy MBA and Leading by Design Executive Fellows Program at CCA. Speaking venues include Harvard University, The Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum, Innovation Immersion for Fortune 500 and The Creative Problem Solving Institute.

Inspired by visits to Reggio Emilia, the infant/toddler school system in Northern Italy, she designed and implemented professional development trainings in the States (including for the education branch of The Department of Defense) on meaningful assessment, qualitative feedback and documentation. She served as Advisor/Documenter to The Making Learning Visible Institute, Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Co-partnered with Oren Slozberg, Executive Director, Visual Thinking Strategies, N.Y., she provides "Embedding Collaboration in Business" seminars at museums. VTS is a learning model used in over 150 museums and K-12 education. Their program is based on The Harvard Medical School’s successful adaptation of VTS from the education and museum community to medicine.
