Peter Stathis

Peter Stathis is the principal of Virtual Studio, a collaborative design venture specializing in the design and development of furniture and consumer products. He is also the former designer-in-residence and head of 3D Design at Cranbrook Academy of Art. He has worked extensively within many industrial, exhibit, interior, and retail design offices. His work has been recognized by various professional institutions, including the Industrial Designers Society of America's IDEA Awards and the ID Annual Design Review. Peter has participated in numerous design exhibitions, and his work is included in the permanent collections of several museums, including the Cranbrook Art Museum; the Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum; and the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
