Susan Robinson is a fashion designer who in 1994 started her own business, a San Francisco-based boutique called Penelope Starr that specialized in dresses, coats, and skirts. She sold her collection to boutiques throughout the United States and Japan until 2006. She also designed a line of lingerie called di mattina for two years. Currently, she is teaching at the San Francisco Waldorf High School and designing a line of sleepwear called Snoa. www.snoasleepwear.com.
