Exhibition Submission Process

All first-year CCA undergraduate students, including transfer students, who are enrolled in Core Studio and first-year elective courses are eligible.

Students may submit 2–3 works. In terms of large-scale works, "If you can carry it to the Oliver, you can submit it!"

If you have an oversized work, an installation, or a work that has a particular set-up, please bring documentation of the work (preferably photographs) and installation shots for the jurors to review. If the work is selected, you will be contacted to discuss the feasibility of presenting the actual work at the exhibition.

Video, audio, and online projects must be submitted on CD/DVD (always double-check that your CD/DVD is readable prior to submission). Send digital images for performance-based work. (You may submit a written description of time-based projects if it will help jurors better understand your work and its needs.)
