Beth Dungan teaches contemporary art courses at UC Berkeley, Stanford University, and Mills College.
She has curated exhibitions at the Berkeley Art Museum, including Exhibiting Signs of Age and Blind at the Museum.
As a fellow at the Center for Medicine, the Humanities, and Law, Beth has a longstanding interest in medical imagery, the body, representations of pain, disease, dying, and mourning.
She lectures at the Legion/DeYoung, Stanford's Cantor Art Center, SFMOMA, San Jose Museum of Art, COPIA, and many other venues.
