Rebekah Bloyd's poetry, essays, and translations with the Czech poet and immunologist Miroslav Holub have appeared in Quarterly West, Field, Five Fingers Review, Sou'Wester, Harper's, The London Times Literary Supplement, and elsewhere. Her recent writings and translations have appeared in Poetry, Rozrazil (a Czech journal of culture and society) and Miroslav Holub: Poems Before and After (Bloodaxe Books, 2006).
Bloyd is the recipient of a Hedgebrook Residency as well as Fulbright grants to the Czech Republic and Jamaica. She is the author of the poetry collection Seabook (Meduza, 2000).
