Solidad DeCosta

Going to CCA was one of the most life-altering experiences I've had in my career as a writer and performer. From invigorating debate and discussion about 20th-century poetics in poetry seminars to the integration of fine art and the craft of writing in Unwriting Writing, the courses offered in CCA's MFA program provided me with both information and inspiration that I pull from still.

I highly recommend this program to anybody who is serious about the contemporary craft—and art—of writing. If you enter these gates, prepare to be challenged, frustrated, infuriated, and transformed. It's anything but easy, and it's worth it.
