Description of Company: A small, intimate studio with big ideas on design, metaphor and music. We work on everything including book design, CD packaging, exhibit design, cultural/non profit promotion, corporate collateral and identity. It's the message, not the medium, we like to say.
Skills Required/Desired: Applicants should be eager, fun, and okay with inter-office banter and a really nice dog, since our space is cozy. Should be fluent in programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign/QuarkXPress; knowledge of web and/or 3D modeling software is a huge plus, but not required. Good hand/comping skills are also a requirement. Possession of good music and tennis ability also a plus. Those with bad attitudes and prima donna poses need not apply.
Job Description: Available to perform skills such as design, comping, office management, accompanying principals to design meetings and press checks, contributing to brainstorm sessions. Basically whatever happens in the office, the intern will be part of it.
