This course provides students with the opportunity to work from professional, costumed models to create drawings. Participants interpret their personal visions of the figure using pencil, charcoal, pastel, and other media.
Students also view slides by historical and contemporary artists who emphasize the figure.
Three class sessions focus on dynamic subjects other than models.
