Visiting Faculty & Artists
Visiting Faculty & Artists: Fall 2011 through Spring 2012
Every semester CCA brings to campus visiting artists and lecturers from around the globe to teach, critique student work, and connect students to the international art world. Visiting artists and lecturers enable students to explore new territories and shape their professional paths. (See Visiting Artists for a partial list of outstanding artists who have previously shared their insights and accomplishments with the college community.)
Our highly accomplished faculty and roster of visiting artists possess a wealth of experience and a wide range of perspectives. They are committed to helping you develop professionally, whether you are looking to launch a new career in art, architecture, design, or writing, or bring deeper skills and conceptual knowledge to your current career path.
Like CCA's faculty, visiting artists and guest lecturers are at the forefront of their respective fields. They regularly exhibit their work internationally, are featured in prominent art publications, and receive prestigious fellowships, residencies, and awards.
The following list of visiting faculty and artists represents those artists, scholars, writers, special presenters, lecture series guests, and other special faculty the college has invited for either short- or long-term engagements—including standalone special engagements—within our undergraduate and graduate programs for the 2011–12 academic year.
