Tuition & Fees

These numbers are for the 2008–09 academic year.

Undergraduate tuition: $15,516 per semester for full-time undergraduate students enrolled in 12 to 18 units in all programs. Tuition for part-time undergraduate students enrolled in 1 to 11 units and full-time students enrolled in more than 18 units is $1,293 per unit.

Graduate tuition: Graduate tuition is $1,078 per unit. Full-time students in the Graduate Program in Visual and Critical Studies are expected to enroll in 9 units per semester. Students in any of the other graduate programs are expected to enroll in 15 units per semester.

Registration fee: $115 per semester.

Student activity fee: $60 per semester.

Medical insurance fee: $573 for fall semester. $944 for spring semester. This insurance fee is required unless the student demonstrates proof of outside coverage.
