California College of the Arts welcomes applicants who already have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. college or university.
The pursuit of a second undergraduate degree affords many students the opportunity to pursue an education focused in the arts while using previous college work to receive transfer credit for CCA's humanities and sciences requirements, except art history, which is considered on a course-by-course basis.
BArch applicants with a previous bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. college or university will receive the aforementioned transfer credit, except art history courses, Math for Architecture, and Physics for Architecture. These are considered on a course-by-course basis.
