On April 22 and 23 alumni offered students a big boost of energy during their busy end-of-semester crunch. Alumni volunteers and staff issued free power packs to grateful students on the San Francisco and Oakland campuses. Blick Art Supply donated bags chockfull with chocolate, tangerines, water bottles, nuts, markers, and coupons for free coffee at the campus cafés. View photos.
CCA students loved the goodies and were so impressed that alumni came out to support them. Thanks to our alumni volunteers, the Power Packs were a huge success. Would you like to help at this or other future alumni events? Email us at alumni@cca.edu.
The first drink was on CCA at the February 22 Young Alumni Happy Hour at San Francisco's Etiquette Lounge in San Francisco. Visit www.cca.edu.alumni/gatherings to read about it and see the photos.
Thank you, CCA alumni, for making our reunion weekend a smashing success! From October 12–14, 2007, more than 500 alumni, faculty, friends of the college, and other guests gathered on the San Francisco and Oakland campuses to celebrate CCA's 100th anniversary. A host of exhibitions, lectures, and other activities, including the centennial reunion weekend, took place to commemorate this important milestone. Read the full event recap, see who attended, and read alumni memories.
