Council Responsibilities

The council represents the interests of the members of the Alumni Association to the college in a variety of ways. Serving on the council is a great way to participate in programs that benefit the college while cultivating your relationship with the broader CCA community. Council members are elected to a two-year term and assist the college through a wide array of activities. Be part of the team that represents alumni interests to the school. For more information on how to become a member of the council, contact us. As a member you will contribute to the college via the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and advise about programs and services that benefit the college and alumni
  • Work within the community to increase awareness of the college
  • Recruit new members to the council
  • Promote the development of national and international alumni chapters and groups
  • Plan and staff activities such as admissions events, regional alumni activities, commencement receptions, the CCA archives, and the alumni exhibition program
