Submission Guidelines

Drop the Alumni Association a Line

Tell us about your creative and scholarly work of the last six to 12 months: exhibitions, publications, screenings, performances, lectures, promotions, and awards.

Please include all relevant dates, titles, venue names, and locations as well as your name and year of graduation.

Submission Deadlines

Please use the Alumni Notes online submission form for all submissions. (Images of work must be sent separately and include an image index. See below.)

The following dates reflect the production needs for publishing the print version of Glance. For online-only listings, you are welcome to use the Alumni Notes online submission form throughout the year.

July 1 (fall notes)
November 1 (spring notes)

How to Send Images

Images of work must be emailed separately to alumninotes@cca.edu (preferably JPGs, 300 dpi, and at least 500 pixels wide). Include the title, date, medium, and brief description (optional) for each artwork, compiled separately in a text document.

Note: Individual emails that exceed 5 MB cannot be received; instead, please submit a CD(s) to the address below.

Notes featured in Glance are on a space-available basis. We cannot return slides and photographs, so please do not send your original copies.
