$5–10 sliding scale, free to current Small Press Traffic members and to the CCA community.

Tisa Bryant's work, which traverses and tramples the boundaries separating genre, culture, and official history, has appeared in Believer, Chain, Curve, Hatred of Capitalism, Pom2, and XCP as well as gallery exhibitions for the visual artist Laylah Ali. She is the author of the chapbook Tzimmes (a+bend, 2000) and coeditor/publisher of the snazzy new hardcover annual The Encyclopedia Project. This reading celebrates her book debut from Leon Works, Unexplained Presence.

An American border official recently asked Lisa Robertson what it is like to be in limbo: Over the past four years she has lived in Vancouver, San Diego, Paris, the Vienne region of France, and Berkeley. This year she is teaching at CCA. Her most recent book is The Men: A Lyric Book (BookThug, 2000).
