Confronted with a creative block before a major exhibition, Christian Jankowski sought the help of a psychologist. Using video from these sessions, he later created Desperately Seeking Artwork, which premiered at the 1999 Venice Biennale.
Join us for a conversation with Jankowski and Steve Pritzker, a faculty member at the Saybrook Society on Psychology and Culture, as they discuss Desperately Seeking Artwork and examine the relationship between psychology and the creative process.
