Career Services and Academic Affairs enthusiastically present the 2011-12 Art and Design at Work Professional Development Series. Art and Design at Work is an information-packed series of workshops focused on presenting key tips on how to succeed in the creative industry as an artist, designer, writer, or entrepreneur.

This workshop will be led by M. J. Bogatin, partner at the law offices of Bogatin, Corman & Gold.

M. J. Bogatin has served as a speaker on dozens of topics for California Lawyers for the Arts, including the following:

  • artist-gallery agreements
  • fine arts sales agreements
  • artist-agent relations
  • collaboration agreements
  • business formation
  • partnerships and joint ventures
  • nonprofit incorporation
  • public art and muralists' rights

Additional Art and Design at Work events will take place throughout the academic year, so don't miss out on these unique professional development opportunities!
