Career Services and Academic Affairs enthusiastically present the 2011-12 Art and Design at Work Professional Development Series. Art and Design at Work is an information-packed series of workshops focused on presenting key tips on how to succeed in the creative industry as an artist, designer, writer, or entrepreneur.
This workshop will be led by Sarah Rosen who is the San Francisco human resources business partner who manages human resources for Arup's San Francisco, Seattle, and Chicago offices. Arup is an independent global firm of designers, planners, engineers, consultants, and technical specialists offering a broad range of professional services. Rosen is responsible for employee relations, talent management, and resourcing in the America's region. As the regional portfolio holder for employee engagement, Rosen oversees the development and implementation of regional programs designed to engage and retain staff throughout the Americas. Prior to Arup, Sarah managed human resources at SmithGroup, an architecture, engineering, interiors, and planning firm in San Francisco.
Additional Art and Design at Work events will take place throughout the academic year, so don't miss out on these unique professional development opportunities!
