The Graduate Program in Design is proud to present the 2011 MFA in Design Thesis Exhibition.
The traditional boundaries of design disciplines are dissolving in the face of contemporary design challenges and opportunities. The Graduate Program in Design at CCA is tuned to students who have achieved design skill and fluency through undergraduate studies or professional engagement, and who are now ready to expand their horizons through strategic collaboration and cross-pollination. Our transdisciplinary approach leads to vibrant new design practices that deeply engage the world as it is and as it is becoming. Our graduates develop careers as innovative design practitioners, design directors, researchers, strategists, and entrepreneurs.
The future of design is in progress. Students and faculty are working together to envision and enact that future. We invite you to join us at the 2011 MFA in Design Thesis Exhibition (and related events) to celebrate a new generation of designers.
