Dave Malouf is an interaction designer with close to 20 years experience designing at the crossroads of technology, people and business. Currently he is working on a new start-up called Peer Loft. Peer Loft is building an online collaboration platform that brings the workings of the design studio work environment into the digital space to amplify a design studio's member's creativity.
Before going independent and entrepreneur, Malouf was a professor of interaction design in the Industrial Design Department of Savannah College of Art & Design. He was a senior interaction designer for Motorola, where he designed software, webware, and hardware interactions and interfaces. He is also one of the primary founders and the first vice president of the Interaction Design Association (IxDA).
