Donna Billick is a sculptor whose fantastical and whimsical forms are structured with conviction and utilize a range of materials, from ceramic to marble to glass. She is known around Davis, California, as the artist who created the cow fountain and dancing pigs at the Marketplace. She conceives of the heritage of the ceramic artist as connecting all the way back to the earliest cave painters.
Billick's works are in numerous public and private collections. She has exhibited at the Oakland Museum of California, the Crocker Art Museum in Sacramento, and Mills College in Oakland.
