CCA is sponsoring a blood drive the second week of February, held on the San Francisco and Oakland campuses. Nationwide someone needs a unit of blood every two to three seconds, and most of us will need blood during our lifetime. A need for blood always exists, and only volunteer donors can fill that need for patients in our community.

Donor requirements: Be healthy and weigh at least 110 lb.
Drink extra fluids. Eat a healthful meal before donating. Bring photo ID.
