Are you the kind of person who simply cannot wait? Do you want to submit your application and find out right then and there if you are admitted? Well, California College of the Arts has just the event for you!
Join CCA Enrollment staff as we host our annual Undergraduate Admit on the Spot Day -- Saturday, February 18 -- on our San Francisco campus. During the the two offered sessions (morning and afternoon), Enrollment counselors will review your completed application for an admission decision as well as merit scholarship consideration.
While you wait you will have the opportunity to hear a presentation based on faculty and student work. We will also discuss the admission and financial aid process. Campus tours will begin at 9:30 a.m. with the admit event starting at 10 a.m. The afternoon session takes place from 1-4 p.m.
What to Bring
All students are required to bring a completed application. A complete application includes your application form (including a $60 fee), essay, transcripts for all institutions attended (unofficial transcripts will be accepted), two letters of recommendation, and a portfolio. Learn more about the application process, including all requirements.
Please make checks payable to California College of the Arts.
Applicants are encouraged to return to their online application and print a copy of their application form to take with them to the event. If you have submitted other application documents prior to the event, you are encouraged to take copies of those as well.
** If you'll be joining us on Saturday, Feb. 18 please allow extra time for travel and use of public transportation or other bridges, including the Golden Gate Bridge, the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge, the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge and the Dumbarton Bridge. March Madness

PORTFOLIO REVIEWS & APPOINTMENTS
Appointments to meet with an undergraduate Enrollment Counselor are available Monday - Friday from 9:00AM - 3:30PM on both the San Francisco and Oakland campuses. Appointments are a good opportunity to receive a portfolio review, or to discuss the needs involved in your personal transition to college. Please click here to book your appointment online.
CLASS VISITS
Prospective students will have the opportunity to sit in on a variety of courses offered during the month of March. RSVP is required. Please see the Class Visit event posting for specific information on how you can take advantage of this unique opportunity.
CAMPUS TOURS
Undergraduate tours of both the San Francisco and Oakland campuses are available Monday - Friday at 10:00AM on the Oakland campus and at 1:30PM on the San Francisco campus. Campus tours are approximately one hour in length and are often led by a current CCA student or Enrollment Counselor. Please click here to book your campus tour.
SATURDAY TOURS
On Saturday, March 17th and Saturday, March 31st CCA will host a Saturday tour of both the Oakland and San Francisco campus. Participants will begin on the Oakland campus at 9:00AM with an Enrollment Counselor led information session and student led campus tour. Immediately following the Oakland visit, all participants will board a shuttle to participate in a San Francisco campus tour. The shuttle will return to Oakland at 1:00PM. Please see the Saturday Tour event posting for specific information on how you can take advantage of this unique opportunity.
INFORMATION SESSIONS
Immediately following both the San Francisco and Oakland campus tours, Enrollment Counselors will lead a general undergraduate information session. Information sessions allow for visitors to learn more about CCA, ask questions, and benefit from the input of a larger group. Information sessions are available on Monday and Friday at 11:00AM on the Oakland campus and at 2:30PM in San Francisco. RSVP is not required.
VIRTUAL INFORMATION SESSIONS
Can't make it to campus? Participate in a webex Virtual Information Session held online. First-Year students are invited to join and Enrollment counselor online every Wednesday during the month of March at 6:00PM. Transfer and second-degree students are invited to join an Enrollment Counselor online every Tuesday during the month of March at 6:00PM. Please click here to RSVP for a virtual information session.
DROP IN FINANCIAL AID VISITS
The Office of Financial Aid will be available for drop-in appointments with a Financial Aid counselor on both the San Francisco and Oakland campus every Monday and Friday during the month of March. RSVP is not required.
SKYPE CALLS - INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
International students are encouraged to contact the Enrollment Services Office every Monday - Friday at 8:30AM, 10:00AM and 4:30PM (PST). General inquiries and current applicants are encouraged to participate. RSVP is not required.

March Madness: Undergraduate Virtual Information Session for Transfer/Second Degree Students

Are you thinking about TRANSFERRING to CCA? Learn more through our online presentation every Tuesday at 6 PM (PST) throughout the month of March.
This session will provide helpful tips on preparing for a smooth transfer transition to CCA and give you the opportunity to ask an Enrollment Counselor questions about the process.

Are you unable to participate in our March Madness events? Did you miss our on campus Information Session during your visit? Participate in our Virtual Information Session every Wednesday at 6 PM (PST) throughout the month of March.
This presentation will inform you about our undergraduate academic programs, admission requirements, portfolio preparation, financing your education and campus life. You will also be able to speak with an Enrollment Counselor.

Saturday, March 17, 2012, 9 am–1 pmOn Saturday, March 17th the Office of Admission will host a tour of both the Oakland and San Francisco campuses from 9:00AM - 1:00PM. Transportation between campuses and a light snack will be provided.
Join us at 9:00AM on the Oakland campus as we begin our tour with an Enrollment Counselor led information session held in the lobby of our Oakland Office of Admission. Immediately following, students will lead you on an Oakland campus tour that will highlight the programs based on the Oakland campus and Residential Life. Participants will then be able to board the shuttle as we travel to San Francisco to begin our tour at 11:30AM. The shuttle will return to the Oakland campus at 1:00PM.

San Francisco Visitors Only - visitors wishing to participate in only the San Francisco portion of the tour must check in with campus security on the San Francisco campus no later than 11:30AM and await the arrival of the Oakland shuttle and tour guides. Please note, the start time may be effected by unforeseen bay area traffic.
