CCA Is Abuzz on Social Networks!

California College of the Arts has always been about expression. Today we have more ways to express ourselves than ever before—it’s called social networking, which allows us to keep everyone abreast of exciting news here at CCA. We have so many amazing events and happenings this fall, it’s a wonder we get any sleep! Yet we know you want to know about all of them.
So to increase the number of ways you stay on top of what's happening at CCA, we’ve joined all the major social-networking sites, we're adding official college blogs, we've made available an array of academic and student-created videos, and we now offer a wide selection of electronic newsletters—all to help you stay in the know.

A great place to catch up with us is on Twitter.
Limited to 140 characters, we’ll send out frequent tidbits—some the latest and greatest news to keep your finger on the pulse. Follow us for news and updates, student happenings, alumni accomplishments, cool events, and much more. We’ll follow you in return.
We also encourage all students and alumni to send us a message through Twitter telling us what you’re up to. Who knows—we just might tweet about you!
Facebook
Did you know CCA was on Facebook? Be sure to join the official CCA Fan Page. There you have access to information about rooms for rent, upcoming events, student life, CCA in the news, among other topics. We encourage you to use the CCA Fan Page on Facebook to post your thoughts, add to a discussion, and even share your photos and videos!
Alumni are invited to join CCA's Alumni group on Facebook, too. This group is a separate section within Facebook where alumni can post messages to the group about what’s happening in their post-CCA worlds. Check it out—alumni members are growing every day.
LinkedIn for Alumni
Alumni are also encouraged to join the CCA Alumni group on LinkedIn. Linked In is a professional social-networking site where members can post résumés, receive and make recommendations, search for jobs, and so much more.
Blogs
Blogs are an excellent source of information that require neither membership nor logging in. CCA staff and faculty are blogging now to let you know about projects that illustrate the college's commitment to sustainability, alumni news, and more. See the official CCA Blog page for the latest blogs.
