Leadership and Social Justice Conference

This conference seeks to network and empower college students from across the Bay Area to learn skills and understand issues to create positive social change on their campuses and in their communities.
Students, faculty, and staff from U.C. Berkeley, Saint Mary's College of California, Santa Clara University, Sonoma State University, and University of San Francisco and local community partners will be in attendance.

Workshops include:
- Community Organizing 101 - Urban Gardens & Sustainability - Overview of Berkeley Unified School District
- Solidarity with Community - Service-Learning Leaders of Color - College Advising Skills
- Breaking the Cycle of Poverty - Interactive Theatre on Oppression - Tutoring Best Practices
- Personal Bias in Leadership - Non-Violent Communication - What You Need to Know to Become a Teacher

Free for all UCB students, $10 for non-UCB Students, $20 for Community Partners
