Kate Dey, MA

Senior Director for Career Development
Kate brings over 15 years of professional experience and 10 years of career development expertise in higher education and a master’s degree in career development to her work at CCA. She has a background in executive recruiting and served as the director for Career Services at Mills College.

Kate has also run her own career coaching and organizational review business. She brings passion, purpose, and focus to her work with students and alumni.

Erin Wheeler, MFA

Assistant Director for Career Development
Erin has worked in design and museum education for over 10 years. She was the public education manager at the Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum, Smithsonian Institution, and the executive director of the Center for Architecture Foundation.

Erin has also served as president of the New York City Museum Educator's Roundtable Board and is an alumna of CCA's MFA Program in Writing. Erin is excited to be able to bring her expertise to the student and alumni populations at the college.
