
Each spring CCA sponsors the All-College Honors Awards competition. Twenty-three scholarship awards are given to students in the BA, BFA, and BArch programs and the MA, MFA, and MArch programs. The awards are granted during the fall semester.
To be eligible:
Award recipients must be enrolled full-time at the college in the fall semester; otherwise the award is relinquished and granted to the next honorable mention recipient in the category.
Undergraduate Design and Architecture:
Students who are Design and Architecture majors are eligible for the Undergraduate Design and Architecture Award(s), which will be juried during the Junior Review. All students who participate in the review will be considered for the award.
Undergraduate Fine Arts:
Students who are Fine Arts majors are eligible for the Undergraduate Fine Arts Award(s), which will be juried during the Junior Review. All students who participate in the review will be considered for the award.
Undergraduate Writing:
Students who are either Writing & Literature or Visual Studies majors are eligible for the Undergraduate Writing Award, which will be juried during the Junior Review. All students who participate in the review will be considered for the award.
Undergraduate First Year:
Students who are currently taking Core Studio courses are eligible for the First Year Award(s), which will be juried during the First Year Portfolio Review. Recipients of Undergraduate Award(s) are selected by an interdisciplinary faculty jury from CCA. Also, the review process of the All-College Honors is separate from the Junior Review results.
Graduate Programs:
Graduate students must submit an entry form (located within the Graduate Office) at the start of the spring semester. Visual and written submissions will be reviewed by an external jury for each Graduate Award(s). For more information please contact the Graduate Office on the San Francisco campus.
