Account Access
CCA's health insurance plan is administered by Wells Fargo of California Insurance Services. Visit the website to:
- Access current enrollment & plan details
- View and edit personal information, such as address, phone number, and email address
- View enrollment history
- Request an ID card
- Review and print valuable documents such as Certificates of Coverage
- Access claim forms
- Find instructions on how to file claims
- Connect with the Customer Care unit
- Use helpful links for locating a provider and checking a claim's status
- And many other valuable services
Note: this website is not intended to locate your doctor. Instead, see Find a Doctor.
To register you will need your insurance ID number:
- Visit Wells Fargo of California Insurance Services and select Access My Account Online.
- Choose Register Now
- Enter your information; there will be several steps. Wells Fargo will then send a temporary password to your email address on file. Once received you can log into your account to set up a permanent password.
To access your account only your email address and password are required.
