Step One: Make an Appointment

For all appointments, plan on arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete all necessary forms. Also, indicate when making an appointment if you require the assistance of an interpreter.

Counseling Center

Kaiser Permanente

To make an appointment with Kaiser Permanente’s Office of Psychiatry, members may call the appointment desk directly. (Note: A referral from your primary care doctor is not required.)
