Applying for Housing

Application Process

If you are interested in living in one of our residential communities, you must indicate your interest in campus housing on your application for admission to CCA. Upon receiving your application for admission with your stated interest in housing, you will receive a follow-up email or letter to confirm that we have received your information and to outline the housing application process.

If you submitted your application for admission and are unsure if you requested housing or have changed your mind, please contact the Office of Admission at enroll@cca.edu or call 800.447.1ART.

Fall Housing

All students admitted for the fall who indicate an interest in applying for campus housing will receive an offer of housing and a housing application packet. The first wave of housing offers and accompanying packets will be sent on April 6.

Starting April 6 housing application packets will be sent weekly to newly admitted students who have returned their Intent to Enroll form and paid their tuition deposit.

After receiving an offer for CCA housing, complete and return the housing application packet, which should include a housing questionnaire and the housing license agreement. Include the nonrefundable $500 deposit (applied to your spring semester housing charge) and $250 as a damage and cleaning deposit.

(Note: fall application housing contracts apply to the full academic year.)

You must return your materials by May 15 (or by the revised deadline stated in your offer letter), to reserve your space.

Spring Housing

For students admitted for the spring semester, housing contracts are offered for one semester only on a space-available basis.

If you're applying for admission for the spring semester and are interested in housing, please be sure to indicate your interest in campus housing no later than November 16. Housing for spring is offered on a first come, first served basis as space becomes available. As such, it is important to return your application for admission indicating your interest in campus housing as soon as possible. Spring housing offers are usually sent after December 1.
