Oakland residence halls re-open for all students 9am - 5pm at the Clifton Hall Lobby

NOTE: Any students living in the Oakland or San Francisco residence halls who are unable to arrive during the scheduled check-in dates & times can still pick up their keys starting 9am on Thursday, January 12 at the Clifton Hall Lobby in Oakland.

Housing application process open to all students on WebAdvisor

Note: Housing applications will continue to be collected until all open spaces are filled

May 5
All Oakland residence halls close at noon

Summer 2012

First-Year students’ guaranteed housing deadline

July 1
An online cancellation request made before July 1st will receive a full refund of all housing fees including the $500 deposit and the $250 cleaning/damage deposit

July 15
Online cancellation requests after July 1st through July 15th will receive a refund of all housing fees with the exception of the $500 non-refundable deposit

After July 15th –August 26th a pro-rated charge for the period of occupancy will be assessed along with a $250 Cancellation Fee and the $500 non-refundable deposit

July 20 Pre-College Move-Out
Halls close at 7pm

August 15
Room assignments and roommate information posted on WebAdvisor and check-in information sent to all students through email

Notification of Early Housing Cancellation Form due to Office of Residential Life Front Desk in Clifton Hall on the Oakland Campus

December 14
- 1st Round of Housing Confirmation Letters sent to New Spring 2013 Students
- 1st Round of Building Swap Confirmation Letters sent to Continuing Students

December 15
All Oakland Residence halls close at noon.
