About Residence Hall Living

Please refer to the checklist below for suggested items to bring to set up your new home away from home. (Note: The list is not exhaustive, but rather a general overview.)

What you'll find . . .

• Avenue Apartments, Clifton Hall, Irwin Hall, Harriet Street Residences, and Webster Hall residents are provided with an extra-long twin bed, dresser, and desk. Students also have access to kitchens equipped with ovens, stoves, sinks, and microwave ovens.

• California Street Residences have standard twin beds, a dresser, and a desk. Students also have access to kitchens equipped with ovens, stoves, sinks, and microwave ovens and access to lounge areas that are equipped with cable televisions. Residents must bring their own a microwave and refrigerator/freezer unit or store items in the refrigerators/freezers located in the shared spaces.

• Clifton Hall, Irwin Hall, and Webster Hall rooms each have microwave and refrigerator/freezer units and access to lounge areas that are equipped with cable televisions.

• Avenue Apartment residents share a full-size refrigerator in each unit. Rooms are cable-ready, but students must provide their own televisions.
