
Refunds of tuition are credited to the student's account at the time of a schedule change. No refunds will be made to students who are dismissed from the college due to disciplinary action.
Tuition Refund Policy. Prior to the beginning of the term through the second week of the term, 100 percent of tuition can be refunded.
After the end of the second week of classes, there are no refunds.
Extraordinary Circumstances. In unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances that require students to withdraw from the college, those students are encouraged to consult with their academic advisor, the associate dean of advising, or the associate deans of students.
Fall-Entry Students. A $500 deposit is required to secure a space in college housing. The deposit is refundable only for students who notify the residential life office in writing prior to July 15, 2008, of their intent to cancel the contract.
Students who cancel their housing on or after July 15, 2008, but prior to August 22, 2008, will be released from their contract but will forfeit their $500 deposit.
Students who cancel their contract on or after August 22, 2008, will be held responsible for all fall and spring housing charges.
Spring-Entry Students. A $500 deposit is required to secure space in college housing. The deposit is refundable only for students who notify the residential life office in writing prior to December 15, 2008, of their intent to cancel the contract.
Students who cancel their housing contract on or after December 15, 2008, but prior to January 5, 2009, will be released from their contract but will forfeit their $500 deposit.
Students who cancel their contract on or after January 5, 2009, will be held responsible for all housing charges.
