Student Records

The Student Records Office provides service to students, faculty, and staff in matters relating to registration, transfer credit, transcripts, degree progress, graduation, diplomas, and academic policy and requirements.

Be sure to bookmark the Academic Calendar to ensure you keep abreast of important deadlines and collegewide events. Also know it is your responsibility to read the college's Academic Policy and adhere to all stated guidelines while enrolled at CCA.

Continuing Student Registration:

All continuing students should register for fall 2012 during the registration period, March 26 - April 18.

Fall 2012 registration will take place online via WebAdvisor https://webadvisor.cca.edu.
Assigned and make-up registration times will be sent to students' CCA email addresses by March 16. Registration appointment times can also be viewed on WebAdvisor under My Registration Priority. Registration is based on class level and units completed, and is scheduled as follows:

March 26-27: Graduate Students
March 28-29: Fourth and fifth-year students
April 2-3: Third-year students
April 4-5: Second-year students
April 9-11: First-year students
April 16-18: Make-up registration days for all students

Nondegree Student Registration

Members of the community need not be admitted as degree-seeking students in order to take courses at CCA. Nondegree courses earn college credit and are charged per the degree program tuition and fee schedule. Nondegree courses must be paid for in full at the time of registration, and registration will be on a space-available basis. Nondegree students can register for fall 2012 courses at Student Records offices beginning April 23, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Extended Education Registration

CCA offers a wide variety of noncredit courses year-round as part of its Extended Education Program.
