Megan Lynch

Megan Lynch is a designer, typographer, experimental maker, and founder of Collective Material and Collective Kiosk. She has taught in the Undergraduate Graphic Design and Graduate Design programs since 2011. Prior to starting Collective Material, Megan worked at Counterspace, FontShop, Stripe SF, and at frog design as Senior Graphic Designer and Art Director of publications design mind and Insights.

In her studio practice she often works on commissioned projects for cultural organizations with projects ranging from books, catalogs, and publications, to identity, exhibition materials, typeface design, mobile design, and web design. Past and present projects include work with Asian Contemporary Arts Consortium, Asian Contemporary Art Week, Contemporary Jewish Museum, Headlands Center for the Arts, Kadist Art Foundation, Kansas City Artists Coalition, Machine Project, NBBJ, New Riders, Pearson, Southern Exposure, Triple Base Gallery, and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.

Her work has appeared in Grafik Tasarim, HOW Magazine, IDEA, and Mix Magazine.
