Marianne Rogoff, PhD, has been teaching Writing & Literature at CCA since 1994. Her story collection When Your Heart Cracks Open is forthcoming from Shebooks. Silvie's Life: Biography of a Baby Girl has been adopted for medical ethics courses, optioned for film, and translated by Gradiva, Lisbon. Dr. Rogoff also teaches in the Big History Program at Dominican University. She has taught creative writing at San Francisco State University and New College of California, and leads Art of the Noun studio-workshop trips for writers in winter and summer.
