Ryan Keerns is an architect and educator currently based in San Francisco, California. Member and co-founder of the design collaboration, DSGN-PRJKT, his work can be seen as an opportunistic exploration of techniques, ideas and research born of an endless fascination with the world around him. Ryan’s work has been exhibited at the Nelson Gallery in Davis, Institute for Contemporary Art and F.U.E.L. Gallery in Philadelphia, and AIA and ACSA National Conferences and has also been included in several international publications.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania where he was awarded the Van Alen Fellowship. In addition to teaching at the California College of the Arts, Ryan has taught at PennDesign.

Ryan currently works for the design firm, Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, where he served as Project Manager for the recently completed Manetti Shrem Museum of Art at UC Davis.
